NYPD Rookie Under Investigation After Discovery of Explicit OnlyFans Account

January 10, 2026

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Dannah Battino, a rookie officer with the New York Police Department, is currently the subject of an internal review after explicit images from her OnlyFans account circulated among her colleagues. Battino, 28, joined the force in April 2025 and is assigned to the 110th Precinct in Elmhurst, Queens.

Calls for Termination

Sources within the department state that the discovery of the account, which featured nude and explicit content, has prompted calls for Battino's dismissal. Critics argue that the content violates the "paramilitary" standards required of police officers.

Police Officer Dannah Battino appeared in explicit images on the subscription site OnlyFans.

One police source stated, "She should be immediately terminated from this job. There’s no place in this department for that." Because Battino is still a probationary officer, she could potentially be fired for "conduct unbecoming" an officer.

The officer joined the department in April and would have been asked to detail what she did for money.

Background Check Questions

The controversy has raised questions regarding the NYPD's vetting process. Applicants are required to disclose all sources of income, and background checks typically include a review of social media presence. It remains unclear if Battino, a former FDNY EMT, disclosed the account during her hiring process.

OnlyFans users are encouraged to advertise their accounts through multiple social media sites to encourage new subscribers.

The account has reportedly been deleted in recent days.

Union Defends Officer

Despite the internal backlash, the Police Benevolent Association is defending Battino. Union President Patrick Hendry argued that if no laws were broken, her private life should remain private.

Almost all of the cop’s OnlyFans photos were too explicit to publish.

"If she did not do anything illegal or anything that impacts her ability to perform her duties, then it’s nobody’s business but her own," Hendry stated.
