OSWEGO, NEW YORK – The case against a former DoorDash driver accused of filming a half-naked customer and posting the video on TikTok is continuing in court.
Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in Oswego County Court on June 5 for a conference. A motion hearing has now been scheduled as the criminal case moves forward.

Case Began With Delivery Video
The case stems from an October 12, 2025, delivery in Oswego.
Prosecutors said Henderson arrived at a home while working as a DoorDash driver and saw the male customer asleep on a couch without pants.
Authorities said she recorded the man inside his home and later posted the video on TikTok.
The video reportedly went viral before it was removed.

Prosecutors Say Man Did Not Know He Was Being Recorded
Henderson claimed the customer had exposed himself to her and filed a police report alleging sexual harassment.
Investigators later said the evidence showed a different version of events.
Authorities said the man was passed out drunk inside his own home and did not know Henderson was there or recording him.
Prosecutors accused Henderson of filming the man’s private areas without his knowledge or consent.

Grand Jury Indictment Obtained
Henderson made several appearances in Oswego City Court in 2025 and early 2026.
The Oswego County District Attorney’s Office later obtained a grand jury indictment earlier this year, moving the case forward in county court.
Henderson appeared in Oswego County Court on June 5 for a conference.
Motion Hearing Scheduled
A motion hearing has now been scheduled in the case.
The hearing will allow the court to address legal issues before the case moves closer to trial or another possible resolution.
Further details about the motions were not immediately available in the update.
Charges and Possible Sentence
Henderson previously pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image.
She has remained free without bail while the case moves through court.
If convicted, Henderson could face several years in prison.
DoorDash previously deactivated her account after the video was posted, saying the conduct violated company policy.
The case remains pending in Oswego County Court.
