Ronald Macon was born on February 8, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois.

Murder Story

On February 18, 1999, Ronald Macon committed his first murder. A 43-year-old woman named Angelnetta Peeples was found dead in an abandoned building in Chicago. Her body showed signs of strangulation and blunt force trauma to the head.

On April 4, 1999, he killed again. This time, a 35-year-old woman named Linda Soloman was found in a stairwell. She had also been strangled and hit on the head.

Macon's third murder occurred on June 21, 1999. Rosezina Williams, who was 50 years old, was discovered in a trash container. Similar to the previous victims, she had been strangled, and her hands and feet were bound with shoelaces before being killed.

On August 9, 1999, Ronald Macon was arrested for a separate criminal sexual assault case involving a 65-year-old woman. During this arrest, police connected him to the three murders through DNA evidence.

Ronald Macon was charged with the three murders on October 12, 1999. He confessed to the killings, and the police were investigating his involvement in several other similar cases. Eventually, he was convicted of the murders and a sexual assault, leading to a life sentence in prison on September 15, 2003.
