murder story

Hiroaki Hidaka killed and robbed four women between April and September 1996. His victims included a 16-year-old girl. Each murder was part of his pattern of crime during this time.

Hidaka was arrested on September 21, 1996. After his arrest, he faced trial for his crimes. On February 9, 2000, a district court in Hiroshima found him guilty and sentenced him to death. He did not appeal this sentence.

Hidaka was executed by hanging on December 25, 2006. After his execution, his lawyer claimed that prison authorities had illegally denied him access to Hidaka before his death.
