Gabriel Arturo Garza Hoth was born in 1966 in Mexico City, Mexico. Details about his early life and background remain largely undisclosed in public records. He later became known for his involvement in a series of crimes that shocked the nation.
murder story
Between 1991 and 1997, Garza Hoth orchestrated the deaths of his wife and two romantic partners to fraudulently collect life insurance payouts. His first victim was his wife, Soledad Valdez, who died on April 17, 1991, under suspicious circumstances initially attributed to a heart attack; however, medical professionals suspected poisoning.
In 1992, his girlfriend, Marcela Muñoz Palacios, was killed during a staged violent assault on October 3. The pattern repeated with Ana Gloria Gomezpalacio, who died in another orchestrated assault on May 11, 1997.
The recurring pattern of his partners dying under dubious circumstances raised suspicions, leading authorities to investigate. Garza Hoth fled to Spain but was apprehended in 1998 and extradited back to Mexico. In October 2000, he was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for his crimes.
