Bio

Fred Willis was born on March 27, 1951. Not much information is available about his early childhood or family life. He grew up in the United States during a time of significant social change.

As he entered his teenage years, Fred faced challenges that were common during that era. Details about his school life or relationships with friends and family are not widely known.

By the time he reached adulthood, Fred began to live a life that would eventually lead him into significant trouble with the law. Details about his early employment or activities before his criminal career began are limited.

Fred's life took a dark turn when he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. This city is known for its nightlife and entertainment but also has a history of crime. It was here that he became involved in activities that would define his life.

Little is known about his influences or personal interests during this period. However, his choices would shape his future in ways that would have serious consequences.

Murder Story

Fred Willis murdered Bonnie Ann Woods, who was 25 years old, on December 21, 1984, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a stripper and call girl. Woods was found nude and strangled to death in a motel room.

In 1985, Willis pleaded no contest to second-degree murder for the killing of Woods. He was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. He was known as a cooperative inmate and, after serving a little over ten years, was paroled in 1995.

In 1997, Willis killed Zabrina Seaborn, a 24-year-old stripper and call girl from Long Beach, California. She was found semi-nude in a Las Vegas alley, strangled with her own dress strap.

The police had little evidence at first. However, they reviewed a videotape showing Seaborn at a gambling table the night before her death with a "burly man." They shared images from the tape with the public. Several people identified the man as Fred Willis.

In October 1987, police arrested Willis, using enough physical evidence to connect him to the crime. The murders of Woods and Seaborn appeared to be sexually motivated.

Willis again pleaded guilty to murder in exchange for the prosecution dropping rape charges in the Seaborn case. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
